Catering food

Aside from working at 6ix park Grill I had the opportunity to assist in catering a house party. The event was held in the guest house (Yes you read right - guest house, not room). The property was amazing and wish that I could share pictures of the home with you. I am not going to invade the owner's privacy but, the food "is not even that good", Said modestly from Chef Ted Hill, as I took pictures of his work to share with all of you.


Skewered Fruit (honey dew, pineapple, cantaloupe) rolled in Dried Coconut flakes:

Cheese and Cracker Plate:
Smoked Cheddar and Goat Cheese rolled in dill. 
Hor D'ouerves; Belgian Endive cups with Grilled shrimp, lemon dill yogurt, and a nice slice of avocado

Pulled pork sliders with cole slaw
